You deserve to love your new item, and I’m confident you will! Due to the custom nature of this product, I do not offer returns or exchanges. Your item is likely made to order. However, if any damages were caused during shipping or your item arrives defective – please contact me within 48 hours and I will be happy to help resolve the issue. It is at my discretion whether I will send a new item or return once I have evaluated the situation. Thank you so much for your support and understanding!
